【职位描述】

主要负责国际投行经验研究、风险管理前沿动态跟踪研究，并结合公司实际提出落地实施建议。
具体职责：
1、国际投行风险管理经验及风险管理前沿动态跟踪研究，定期出具研究报告；
2、结合公司实际，提出研究成果落地实施建议。
3、其他风险管理相关课题研究。
Mainly responsible for international investment bank experience research, risk management frontier dynamic tracking research, and combining with the actual situation of the company to put forward implementation suggestions.
Specific responsibilities:
1. Responsible for dynamic tracking and researching on risk management experience and risk management frontier of international investment bank, regularly issue research reports;
2. Combined with the actual situation of the company, put forward suggestions on the implementation of the research results;
3. Other risk management related project research.

【入职要求】

1、全日制硕士研究生及以上学历，金融、财务、管理等相关专业；
2、有扎实的研究功底和较强的逻辑思维能力，具备风险管理基本专业知识；
3、有3年及以上国际投行风险管理相关工作经验；
4、具有较强的全局思维、思考钻研、沟通协调能力和文字写作能力；
5、具备FRM资格者优先考虑。
1. Master or above in finance, accounting and management related disciplines;
2. Solid research background and strong logical thinking ability, require basic professional knowledge of risk management;
3. At least 3 years of risk management related working experience in international investment banks;
4. Strong overall thinking, research, communication and coordination and writing skills;
5. FRM qualification is preferred.
