【职位描述】

1、负责执行结构融资相关项目的数据分析、条款结构设计、内部审批报告、交易法律文书、投后管理及相关报告等工作；
2、结构投融资项目系统性寻找的工作；
3、私募债或结构融资的分销及与投资机构的相关工作。
1. Responsible for data analysis, clause structure design, internal approval reports, transaction legal documents, post-investment management and related reports for the implementation of structured financing related projects;
2. Systematic search for structural investment and financing projects;
3. Distribution of private placement bonds or structured financing and related work with investment institutions.

【入职要求】

1、全日制硕士研究生及以上学历；
2、有2年以上相关结构融资的交易经验（包括私募债权直接投资、杠杆并购融资、项目融资、特殊机会投资等）；
3、能建造财务模型，熟悉信用分析、股权估值分析；
4、工作仔细、认真，具有良好的沟通能力及团队合作意识；
5、语言：流利读写中英语；
1. Master degree or above;
2. More than 2 years experience in related structured financing transactions (including direct private equity debt investment, leveraged M&A financing, project financing, special opportunity investment, etc.);
3. Be able to build financial models and be familiar with credit analysis and equity valuation analysis;
4. Work carefully and conscientiously,good communication skills and teamwork awareness;
5. Language: Fluent in reading and writing Chinese and English.
