Information Technology department is responsible for front-to-back system development, testing, deployment, maintenance and support for our key business lines. We are looking for a strong graduate to join our application development force to support our institutional sales and trading as well as retail / wealth management and asset management. This role is provided with the opportunity to work on a wide range of prevailing buy and sell side platforms including but not limited to CRM, OMS / EMS, TC and middle/back office systems. In addition, the candidate will join the team to explore cutting-edge technology in world-class Fintech applications.

? Expected bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or a related major, and graduate no later than 2019

? Superior technical skills, with a strong understanding of Windows and/or Linux/Unix server, competency in at least one programming language (including but not limited to C/C++, Java, C#)

? Knowledge of data structure, algorithm and strong database and scripting skills

? Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, TDD, BDD, and prevailing development methodologies

? Excellent analytical skills, with ability to deal with issues proactively

? Demonstrates a passion for technology innovation balanced with a pragmatic approach to developing and deploying solutions that best benefit the business

? Highly collaborative, works effectively within and across teams at all levels
