To provide legal support and legal/regulatory advice to the Company and their affiliates outside of China;

To provide legal support and legal / regulatory advice to the Group’s subsidiaries for their business outside of China;

To prepare and review legal agreements (e.g. IMAs, DAs, NDAs, ISDAs, PBAs, soft dollar agreements, co-operation agreements etc);

To prepare fund documentation and liaise with external counsels;

To liaise with regulators in relation to product application and authorization;

To provide support to company secretarial work of the Company’s subsidiaries outside of China and liaise with company secretaries;

To be responsible for other miscellaneous duties as assigned by line manager.

Legal qualifications in one or more major jurisdictions;

At least 6 years of post-qualification experience preferably at a leading international financial institution and/or a top tier international firm.

Working level knowledge regarding corporate governance, employee stock incentive plans and transaction related cross-border tax issues;

Solid technical skills, strong business sense and good negotiation skills;

Leadership potential, positive working attitude and good team working spirit.

Top-notch oral and written communication skills (including legal drafting) in English and Chinese.

Ability to identify key issues and consistently apply a high standard of integrity, professionalism, business ethics, legal knowledge and expertise.

Ability to provide commercially focused and value-added legal advice.

Ability to work independently and prioritize work under pressure.

Sound judgment and good commercial sense.

Excellent interpersonal skills.
