岗位职责：

- 建立将ESG分析纳入北京和香港办事处投资过程的框架;

- 进行对中国境内外ESG投资的趋势和发展研究;

- 对ESG因素进行研究，以获取风险和超额回报机会。

Responsibilities:

Establish the framework for incorporating ESG analyses into investment process for both Beijing and Hong Kong offices;

- Conduct research on the trend and development of ESG investment in and outside of China from time to time;

- Conduct research on ESG factors with an aim to discover risk and excess return opportunities.

任职条件

- 相关的博士或硕士学历

- 至少7年以上工作经验，其中至少3年以上相关经验。

Requirements:

- PhD or Master’s degree holder in related field;

- A minimum of 7 years of working experience of which at least 3 years in related area.
