-Master's degree or above
-At least five years work experience in fund industry, three years in investment management with verifiable investing achievement
-Strong communication ability, able to take on the challenge and pressure of work
-CFA,CPA or other related qualifications preferred
-Proficiency in office softwares and English Language skills
