工作职责：

Overall responsible for financial and administrative operation management of FOF.
1. Facilitating fund auditing, fund taxation and issuing fund financial/audit reports.
2. Facilitating all necessary pre-closing activities, including opening bank accounts, transferring money, and records filing with relevant back office departments such as Legal and FC, as indicated by the internal process and procedure.
3. Facilitating all business related communication and coordination with back office departments.

任职资格：

1. Above 2 years’ experience of private fund audit or transaction service in Big 4.
2. Solid business and background knowledge of the private equity fund and market.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Good team player with integrity.
5. Willing to work hard.
6. Report to work ASAP.
7. Strong passion for this job.
8. Positive thinking.
