Job Function-Organization-Primary Location:
Human Resources - Headquarter - Beijing
Responsibilities:
The HR Specialist will be a contributing member of the team who will be responsible for payroll and benefits related disciplines, as well as other support and involvement on a variety of C&B topics.
The incumbent will work under direction and will report to the HR C&B manager, the duties and responsibilities he/she is going to take include but not limited to:
1.Responsible for preparing payroll information summary for firm-wide employees, includes PRC, HK, SG, US and UK;
2.Schedule and coordinate with payroll vendor for payroll processing and ensure the smooth payment of salary;
3.Maintain compensation and benefit data and prepare summary reports following schedule.
4.Answer payroll and benefits related inquiries;
5.Understands firm wide benefits practice, including PRC, HK, SG, US & UK. Work on benefits administration tasks and operational procedures;
6.Responsible for benefits vendor daily coordination, communication and management;
7.Support in Employee Data management and possible report generation;
8.Other C&B administrations to be specified by the manager.
任职资格:
Requirements:
1.1-3 years’ relevant HR experience, background with financial services, MNCs or other professional services environment would be a plus;
2.Good learning agility and with excellent ability to focus on details;
3.Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic, fast paced environment with confidence and energy;
4.Ability to perform in a professional and mature manner with excellent proactivity;
5.Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as collaborations with the team members;
6.Strong command of MS Office skills (esp. Excel) and data analytical skills as well as good command in English and Chinese.
