工作职责：

This position comprises two parts. The main responsibility is to work on derivative trading, modeling and structuring related issues. The job duties associated with this role include, but not limit to:

? Working on derivative (plain venila and excotic) pricing models, risk models and derivative structuring
? Researching on market neutral trading strategies
? Develop computation programs to excute high frequency trading
? Maintain and upgrade databases
? Provide analysis tools for the FOF and TOT products
? Involve in the discussion with investors, HF managers, Sales and QA group to provide analytical solutions to the HF managers

任职资格：

? Related working experiences in derivative (plain venila and excotic) structuring and trading;
? Strong academic background from renowned universities
? Math, financial engineering and computer related educations are preferred
? Deep understanding of derivative pricing and all kinds of data mining methodolegies
? VBA knowledge and experience
? Sophisticated Matlab user
? Strong skills in programming, database and quantitative modeling
? Possess broad financial products and analytics knowledge and experience
? Effective communicator
? Self-confident & energetic
? Willing to work hard and long hours to achieve results
