工作职责：

Reporting to the Head of Legal, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

? Handling private equity as well as other type of investment and financial advisory transactions;
? Structuring and documentation of M&A, and Private Equity related transactions, plus the provision of legal advice directly to the relevant business lines;
? Providing legal advices and daily support to the various investment teams within CICC;
? Providing support to Head of Legal and handling other assignments designated from time to time.

任职资格：

Skills and Abilities

? At least 5 years of PQE, which is gained from international law firms or investment banks;
? Solid legal knowledge and experience in handling private equity and M&A transactions;
? High responsibility, diligence, integrity and professional ethics;
? Fluent with written and oral use of English & Chinese;
? Good team player;

Qualifications
? Law degree from reputable law school
? qualified in UK, HK, US or other common law jurisdictions.
