工作职责：

? Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of WM on-boarded Products, including fund, bond and structured notes, such as subscription/redemption of fund products, product data summary and analysis;
? Cooperate with internal and external parties, including counterparties, custodians, fund administrators, internal compliance and legal affairs, to ensure that the operation process of WM Products meets the requirements of SFC and company;
? Liaise with internal teams to ensure complete KYC / AML documentations and counterparty account opening.
? Offer support to WM system development, including but not limited to design and optimize product operation flow.
? Accomplish regular product sales analysis report and communicate with product manager, sales and operations to maximize the product sales of department.
? Assist department on ad hoc projects and tasks

任职资格：

? Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related areas.
? 1-3 years of relevant working experience in product operation in Hong Kong securities companies and asset management companies;
? Relevant knowledge to offshore fund operation;
? Proficient in Office software such as Word/Excel/PowerPoint; VBA/Python a plus;
? A team player with good time management; multitasking skills, strong sense of responsibility and an eye for detail
