工作职责：

? Providing legal advice on transaction structuring and documentation of secondary market securities transactions;
? Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements and relative documents for above mentioned business.

Skills and Abilities
? Must have experience in various aspects of securities secondary market brokerage business, including equities trading, prime brokerage, etc.
? Excellent legal drafting, negotiation and communication skills;
? Willing to study in new areas;
? High integrity and professional ethics;
? Proficient communication skills and interpersonal skills;
? Competence to work under intense pressure;

任职资格：

? A law degree from a reputable law school with a Chinese Mainland law practice license.
? At least 4 years PQE with 2 years of relevant experience, gained from top law firm/ commercial bank or investment bank; preferably with at least one year of relevant experience in an investment bank;
