Job Description:

Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

? Handling private equity fund as well as investment and financial advisory transactions;
? Providing legal advices and daily support to the various PE/investment teams within CICC Capital;
? Reviewing NDA, fund formation documents, investment transaction documents and other legal documents; collecting, summarizing and organizing information; writing reports;
? Providing support to Senior Legal Counsel and handling other assignments designated by Senior Legal Counsel from time to time.

Skills and Abilities

? At least six years of post-qualification experience, which is gained from international law firms, investment banks or PE firms;
? Solid legal knowledge and experience in handling private equity offshore investment fund formation, investors negotiation and ideally also PE investment or M&A transactions;
? High responsibility, diligence, integrity and professional ethics;
? Fluent with written and oral use of English & Chinese;
? Good team player, communication and multi-tasking skills

Qualifications
? Law degree from reputable law school
? qualified in UK, HK, US or other common law jurisdictions.
