工作职责：

Reporting to the Head of Legal, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

? The structuring and documentation of capital markets and IPO related transactions, plus the provision of legal advice directly to the relevant business lines;
? Assisting the Head of Legal in reviewing and negotiating contracts / documents in both English and Chinese languages;
? Drafting memos in both English and Chinese languages on legal issues relating to the company’s matters.

任职资格：

Skills and Abilities
? At least four years of relevant experience, gained from international law firm/ bank;
? Must have exposure to private equity, capital markets, IPO and other investment banking products;
? Excellent legal drafting and communication skills;
? High integrity and professional ethics;
? Ability to identify issues;
? Strong English & Chinese writing skills;
? Proficient communication skills and interpersonal skills;
? Willing to work hard;
? A good team player;
? Basic office computer skills.

Qualifications
? A law degree from a reputable law school with UK and Hong Kong law practice licenses.
