工作职责：

The role will involve developing and implementing Quantitative Investment Strategies, implementing index methodology via python, and pitching clients. The role would best suit someone with experience in a similar role, with a developed technical understanding of QIS, excellent communication skills and strong business acumen.
? Working with sales, research and clients to generate all kinds index product ideas;
? Create different sorts of index related documentation such as: index marketing materials, index calculation methodology and monthly performance update;
? Developing and implementing Quantitative Investment Strategies
? Strong communication and marketing skills and can comfortably communicate with clients on product ideas.

任职资格：

? 3+ years of experience working on systematic, rules-based strategies on either the buyside or sell side. Specific experience working on a QIS desk is a plus but not a requirement;
? End to end experience researching, developing, and implementing quantitative trading strategies;
? Portfolio Magement and Portfolio Construction experience on the buyside is an added plus;
? Strong programming skill;
? Drive to succeed and see results, entrepreneurial mind-set;
? Strong academic background from renowned universities;
? Math, financial engineering and computer related educations are preferred;
? Strong skills in programming, database and quantitative modeling
? Possess broad financial products and analytics knowledge and experience;
? Effective communicator.
