工作职责：

? Existing SFC approved Type 1 Responsible Office licence holder
? The SFC licence of the candidate does not subject to any SFC licensing condition
? At least 5 years of relevant experience in (i) private equity fund management and (ii) providing marketing service and solicitation to private equity fund investors
? In possession of compliance knowledge with applicable regulations, such as Company Ordinance, Securities and Futures Ordinance, Cayman Islands laws and regulations, etc.
? To be designated as acting Money Laundering Reporting Officer (“MLRO”) and/or MLRO of the CICC Cayman entities

任职资格：

? University degree holder in law, finance, accounting or business management
? Full time based in Hong Kong
? No record of criminal offence and disciplinary action
? Working experience in reputable law firms or leading financial institutions(as an in-house lawyer) is preferred
