工作职责:
This position is responsible for handling various middle-office work for Equities Department , providing daily management and operations support for manager and business personnel, including but not limited to the following responsibilities:
负责处理本部门的各项中台业务,为部门管理层和业务人员提供日常管理和运营支持,具体包括但不限于以下职责:
1. Providing daily operations support for the department, including transactions, account onboarding, compliance and other matters;
为本部门提供日常运营支持,包括交易、开户、合规等事项;
2. Data sorting after the launch of the ECRM system and daily processing and optimization of functional modules;
ECRM系统上线后数据梳理和整理工作以及功能模块日常处理和优化;
3. Assisting in information and data processing work, including sorting out and analyzing the business development in the industry and secondary market;
协助整理分析行业及二级市场各业务线发展情况等信息与数据处理工作;
4. Assisting in drafting or modifying the department’s operation procedure;
协助撰写或完善部门流程制度;
5. Assisting in sorting out regulatory policy and requirements at all levels;
协助梳理各级监管法规政策要求;
6. Assisting in the management of the business accounts;
协助管理部门台账;
7. Assisting in the research and analysis of new business and new products, including write reports, collect information and other supportive work;
协助新业务、新产品的研究分析、撰写报告及信息搜集等支持工作;
8. Responsible for daily market risk monitoring, reporting and analyzing for business units
负责业务部门的日常市场风险监控、报告和分析;
9. Participate in the construction of departmental data center, and constantly improve and optimize the data service process;
参与部门数据中台建设,不断完善和优化数据服务流程。
任职资格:
1. Bachelor and above degree;
具有本科及以上学历;
2. Finance, Accounting or Financial information management majors preferred;
金融、会计或财务信息管理专业优先;考虑;
3. Good understanding of sales and trading business;
熟悉销售交易业务;
4. Possessing knowledge of securities operation and client management;
具备证券经营和客户服务知识;
5. Service-oriented mentality and passionate for client service;
服务意识强,对客户服务充满热情;
6. Strong drive to succeed in a team-oriented environment.
具有强烈的团队合作精神。
