工作职责：

Project intern will get the opportunity to participate in the establishment of wealth management business in Singapore and work on diversified matters, from regulation rules to operational procedures and IT system, across various internal departments. He/She will be fully involved on the day-to-day activities and projects of the department to gain valuable experience in a fast-moving environment with extensive cross-functional communications. The job responsibilities associated with this role may be expected to include but not limited to:
? Supporting department project management and assisting in tracking of project developments;
? Providing administrative coordination for internal resources and third-party vendors to facilitate the smooth execution of projects;
? Preparing meeting minutes and following up on action items for various projects;
? Assisting in preparation of reports and presentation materials;
? Conducting research and analysis on financial services sectors;
? Maintaining cooperative relationships with all relevant stakeholders across supporting departments for continuous advancement of operating efficiency and consistency for Wealth Management Department.

任职资格：

? Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in financial relevant majors;
? Strong Passion and commitment for financial service industry, especially Private Client Service;
? Honest, integrity;
? Hardworking and persistent;
? A helpful team player and effective communicator;
? Excellent interpersonal skills, integrating tact and diplomacy;
? Good command of both verbal and written in English and Mandarin.
