工作职责：

1.负责蚂蚁、天天、腾安等互联网平台的运营及营销策划，包括陪伴素材定稿、发布，直播、小视频制作，及产品包装撰写等的支持工作；
Responsible for operational and marketing planning work on e-commerce channels (e.g., Ant, Tiantian, Teng‘An), including the finalization and release of promotional materials, live streaming, video demo production, and other support.
2.负责品牌营销及客户维护的支持类工作，如自媒体运营、客户拜访材料筹备、产品材料制作等；
Responsible for brand marketing and client retention, such as social media operations, the preparations of the client site visit and product promotion materials.
3.协助完成团队要求的其它业务支持工作。
Assist the team with other business/operations support.

任职资格：

1.2023年毕业的在校学生，本科及以上学历，经济、金融类或新闻、广告、传播等相关专业优先；
2023 undergraduates/postgraduates from reputable domestic and overseas universities; economics, finance, media, advertising, marketing, or other related majors are preferred.
2.具有券商、基金公司相关实习经验，文字功底好，做过小视频或会PS、秀米编辑器等技能，有创意、审美能力突出；
Relevant intern experience in investment banks or fund management firms; strong written skills; prior experience in video production or retouching tools (e.g., Photoshop, Xiumi); creative with exceptional aesthetic consciousness.
3.具备一定的金融专业知识；
Basic finance concepts and knowledge.
4.熟悉互联网特点，能够对热点做出快速响应；
Familiarity with e-commerce and the be responsive to top trending topics.
5.沟通、协调能力出色，具备较强的抗压能力和解决复杂任务的能力；
Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills with a strong mentality.
6.踏实认真、有责任心，逻辑清晰。
Hardworking, responsible with a strong logical mindset.
