【职位描述】

1、负责利率类产品的开发工作，包括且不限于债券、资金、利率、指数等类型产品的研究设计，确保完成产品创设目标；
2、配合销售经理和交易经理，执行交易、拓展新的市场以及提供创新的解决方案；
3、负责与合规风控运营人员沟通，解决合同细节问题。
1. Originate, design and distribute interest rate structured products, including financing and investment solutions. The products cover bond, money market, loan, index and their derivatives.
2. Work closely with sales and traders, execute transactions, explore new market and provide innovative solutions.
3. Liaise with compliance, operation and risk team to settle the details of contract.

【入职要求】

1、数学、统计、物理、量化金融相关专业硕士研究生及以上学历；
2、有4年以上商业银行、券商、基金、保险等大型金融机构投资或产品研发相关工作经验；有境外投资银行利率产品设计工作经验者优先；
3、熟悉行业监管政策和产品发展方向，具有良好的学习能力、沟通能力和书面表达能力。
1. Master's degree or above.major in Math, Stats, Physics, Quantitative Finance or related.
2. 4+ years of experience in structured products (fixed income preferred) within major investment banks.
3. Extensive knowledge in derivatives and regulations.
4. Superior analytical and communication skill. Self-motivation to learn market and regulation in China mainland and Hong Kong.
