【职位描述】

1. 结合客户需求，制定场外衍生品解决方案，设计产品结构，撰写相关合同及法律文件；
2. 主动调研分析潜在市场需求，创新设计各类产品/交易模式及流程，撰写相关业务方案；
3. 配合销售团队，进行产品的培训、宣导、推广等工作；
4. 及时跟进监管动态，汇总整理衍生品业务相关制度及案例。
1. According to customer needs, formulate OTC derivatives solutions, design product structures, and construct related contracts and legal documents;
2. Actively monitor and analyze potential market needs, innovate and design various products/transaction models and processes, and write related business plans;
3. Cooperate with the sales team to carry out product training, publicity and promotion;
4. Timely follow up regulatory developments, summarize and sort out relevant systems and cases of derivatives business.

【入职要求】

1. 国内外知名大学全日制硕士学历，法律及相关背景者优先；
2. 具备金融衍生品基础知识，熟悉国内外常见的衍生品结构；
3. 熟悉国内场外衍生品相关法律法规；
4. 具有2年以上场外衍生品产品设计经验，对场外衍生品、收益凭证等业务有相关业务经验；
5. 具有大型券商、银行、基金、保险等金融机构相关工作经验者优先；
6. 工作仔细、认真、负责，具备优秀的沟通能力、团队意识、风险管理意识和能力。
1. Full time master degree from well-known universities, law and related background is preferred;
2. Possess basic knowledge of financial derivatives, familiar with common domestic and foreign derivatives structure;
3. Familiar with domestic laws and regulations related to OTC derivatives;
4. Have more than 2 years of OTC derivative product design experience, and have relevant business experience in OTC derivatives, income certificates and other businesses;
5. Relevant work experience in financial institutions such as large securities firms, banks, funds, insurance is preferred;
6. Work carefully, conscientiously and responsible. Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, risk management awareness and ability.
