【职位描述】

1、负责牵头涨乐全球通平台架构搭建及业务规划工作，了解国内外行业动态、市场现状及发展趋势；
2、负责平台规划、产品定义及设计工作，制定有效的平台发展计划，准确把握用户需求，梳理用户使用场景及交互逻辑，包含市场调研、需求分析、交互设计、UI设计、体验设计等设计工作，输出PRD等专业文档，最终形成完整的产品设计方案；
3、负责平台项目全流程推进及需求落地等建设工作，协调资源、跟踪项目进度、把控时间节点，及时解决项目过程中的突发事件，提高产品迭代效率；
4、负责平台数字化产品生命周期的管理工作，协同运营推广共同提升平台用户量、活跃度及产品销售额等指标。
1. Responsible for leading the construction and business planning of Zhangle Global platform, and understand domestic and foreign market status and development trends.
2. Responsible for platform planning, product definition and design, which contains formulating effective development plans, accurately grasping user needs, sorting out usage scenarios and interaction logic of user, such as market research, demand analysis, interaction design, UI design, experience design. Output professional documents and form a complete product design plan;
3. Responsible for the whole construction process of the platform project, which contains coordinating resources, tracking project progress, solving emergencies in time, and improving product iteration efficiency;
4. Responsible for the life cycle management of platform, cooperating with operation and promotion to jointly increase user number, user activity rate and product sales of the platform.

【入职要求】

1、全日制硕士研究生及以上学历，金融、经济、统计、计算机、金融工程、计量经济、数学或工业设计等相关专业；
2、具有行业敏感度和项目管理能力，熟悉证券市场，了解金融平台核心系统，对互联网金融业务有较为深刻的认识和研究，掌握同行的平台特点及发展情况；
3、具备创新意识和数据思维，能够从多维度思考平台规划方向，不断尝试突破，提出新想法新思路；通过数据分析和总结，提炼出促进业务发展的要点；
4、具备6年及以上大型互联网平台规划及架构设计、平台产品设计、用户体验设计相关业务背景经历的成熟人才；
5、具有较强的学习能力、沟通协调能力、抗压能力，工作积极主动，具有高度责任心和团队合作精神；
6、具有港股、美股等海外证券市场交易规则、基本监管、账户管理等知识经验者优先。
1. Master's degree or above, major in finance, economics, statistics, computer, financial engineering, econometrics, mathematics or industrial design;
2. Have industry sensitivity and project management capabilities. Grasp securities market, understand the core system of the financial platform, deeply research on the Internet financial business and grasp the characteristics and development of similar platform;
3. Have a sense of innovation and data thinking, be able to think about the direction of development from multiple dimensions, make breakthroughs and propose new ideas. Extract the key points to promote business development through data analysis and summary;
4. 6 years or above of work experience, mature talents with large-scale Internet platform planning and platform design, user experience design and related experience;
5. Excellent learning ability, communication skill, coordination ability, stress resistance ability, having high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;
6. Knowledge and experience in overseas securities market trading rules, supervision and account management such as Hong Kong stocks and US stocks are preferred.
