【职位描述】

1、负责证券公司业务系统的开发工作，进行相关的系统架构设计、开发设计、核心代码编写, 有FICC交易和风控分析经验优先。
2、负责关键技术研究、攻坚并为业务系统体系化引入新技术；
3、负责系统架构的持续优化和重构；
4、带领开发工程师快速掌握关键技术和新技术。

1、Responsible for the development of the securities company’s business systems，including architecture design, development design and coding; Experience with FICC trading and risk platform design and development preferred.
2、Responsible for the research and POC of latest technologies, tackling and introducing new technologies and architecture for the systematization of business systems;
3、Responsible for the optimization and continuous optimization of mission critical system;
4、Undertake the role of technical mentor, quickly popularize key technologies and new technologies among development members.

【入职要求】

1、硕士研究生及以上学历；5年以上相关工作经验；
2、具有扎实的Java编程基础;熟悉主流的Spring，SpringBoot等基础开发框架，熟练掌握Disruptor开发，对事件驱动系统设计有相关经验；
3、熟练应用主流关系型数据库，如Oracle、Mysql等；
4、精通主流的中间件，如Redis、Kafka、Zookeeper等并能灵活运用于系统构建中；
5、有大型分布式系统架构与开发经验，熟悉高并发、低延迟、高可用等要求下的系统设计工作；
6、掌握常见的服务器、操作系统、网络、负载均衡等基础设施的应用并理解其基本原理；
7、数据模型设计功底深厚；
8、具备需求分析和系统设计能力，能设计通用框架及应用模块。

1、 Master’s degree or above；minimum 5 years of working experience；
2、 Expert in Java programming；Fluent with Spring, SpringBoot and other technology frameworks; Experience using Disruptor framework and familiar with event-driven concept；
3、Familiar with popular Relational database, such as Oracle, Mysql;
4、Profient in widely-used middleware, such as Redis, Kafka, Zookeeper, Spark, Flint, Hive;
5、Experienced in the architecture design and development of large-scale distributed system; Familiar with system design under the requirements of high concurrency, low delay, and high availability;
6、Familiar with the application of server, operating system, network, load balancing and understand its basic principles;
7、Profient in data modeling;
8、Have the ability of requirements analysis and system design; can design general framework and application modules.
