【职位描述】

1、研究国内外同业风险管理系统发展趋势，制定公司风险管理系统规划,推动实现风险管理数字化转型目标；
2、分析和整合业务需求，拟定公司风险管理系统建设方案；协调技术和相关业务部门，负责具体实施相关风险管理系统；
3、整合公司内外部各类基础数据，规划和建设公司风险数据集市。提升风险数据质量，确保风险数据的全面、及时、准确，深化风险数据应用；
4、将人工智能和大数据等技术在风险管理领域进行落地应用。
1. Responsible for researching on industry system development trend;
2. Responsible for enterprise risk management system planning;
3. Analyze and integrate business requirements, draw up on enterprise risk management system scheme;
4. Responsible for being coordinator between related business departments and IT department on risk management system project;
5. Integrate database across enterprise to improve the data quality and ensure a comprehensive and accurate database;
6. Apply AI or Big Data technique into risk management area.

【入职要求】

1、国内外重点院校硕士研究生以上学历，计算机、数学和金融工程等专业背景，了解机器学习、大数据等技术原理和应用，有数据挖掘和数据分析经验者优先考虑；
2、精通C/C++，Java，Python，Matlab等一门或多门编程工具；
3、具有3年以上境外大型金融机构金融数据分析和风险系统建设经验；
4、具有较强的逻辑思维能力、分析判断能力和文字表达能力。
1. Master or above in Mathematics, Physics, Computer, Financial Engineering related disciplines, with data mining, search analysis or AI backgroud preferred;
2. Proficiency in the use of C/C++, Java, Phython or Matlab etc.;
3. At least 3 years of work experience in large-scale financial institutions;
4. Experience in financial data analysis and risk system development;
5. Excellent analytical, written and communication skills.
