-Master's degree or above
-At least five years work experience in security industry, three years in investment management with FOF investing achievement
-Deep knowledge in Modern Portfoilio Theory and theories of choosing fund
-Strong communication ability, able to take on the challenge and pressure of work
-CFA,CPA or other related qualifications preferred
-Proficiency in quantative tools and office softwares
