工作职责：

1 Manage equity finance daily activities
2 Manage the spreads and balances on short financing books
3 Price new and existing business including overnight, term transactions and exclusive portfolios
4 Ensure risks are properly managed, monitored, and minimized
5 Manage, maintain and build out relationships with lenders and borrowers
6 Work closely with internal sales to grow PB business
7 P&L explanation and attribution analysis
8 Work closely with business management and technology team on platform building

任职资格：

1 Undergraduate degree and above from reputable universities
2 Good understanding of the technical details and risk management of securities finance and delta one
products and strategies
3 Excellent attention to detail
4 Good communication skills
5 Ability to effectively understand business needs and offer solutions accordingly
6 Rigorous and able to safely perform trading actions and procedures in a high pressure production
environment
7 Excel and VBA
