工作职责：

1. Expand our product offering by developing models for new client trades
2. Review and analyze major index data
3. Understand index construction methodologies and be able to explain index changes
4. Automate data retrieval and produce derived datasets
5. Enhance operational scale and reduce costs via process automation
6. Automation of corporate action adjustments
7. Providing metrics for basket trades, to drive sales and trading decisions and to grow the business
8. Analyze trading strategies
9. Calculate and attribute profits and losses

Skills and Abilities
1. Strong analytical mind
2. Good communication skill and be a team player
3. Strong math and computer programming skills preferred
4. Advanced quantitative and data science skills in Python. Familiarity with index rebalances a plus
5. VBA and python
Qualifications
1. Undergraduate degree in mathematics, statistics, financial engineering or other quantitative discipline from reputable universities
2. 2+ years relevant experience
