工作职责：

Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the CICC SG CEO and the Head of APAC WM Operations, this role is responsible for establishing the Wealth Management business in Singapore. Key duties include but not limited to:

WM business set up and coordination
? Partner with Compliance Officers in SG and HK, perform research on local rules and regulations, and to establish necessary business operational procedures for serving clients with WM accounts opened with CICC SG;
? Partner with the Legal Counsel in SG and HK, establish necessary client documentations for the business and keep track of respective legal risks;
? Partner with the Operation Support Team in SG and HK, perform client on-boarding procedures, transactions booking and settlement. Produce client statements and management reports, and to facilitate client services brought by WM sales team;
? Partner with the IT Business Analysts in SG and HK, follow through system development along business process development for the WM business in SG;
? Partner with the Risk Management professionals in HK, establish and executive necessary risk management framework and procedures.

Running the SG WM Business Centre
? Lead and supervise the daily operations of the business centre and ensure duties are delivered accurately, orderly and timely;
? Monitor operational, legal and compliance risks for quality WM services are delivered;
? Research to drive for continuous advancement in service provision and operational efficiency;
? Maintain cooperative relationship across departments including CP/OP/IT/RM for continuous operational efficiency in the business centre;
? Keep abreast of the WM business and product development, in both CICC and in the market, and to advance the operational structure and procedures in CICC SG accordingly;
? Develop and lead a team of operational specialists along the expansion of wealth management business expansion in SG;
? Report on a regular basis to the WM management team and oversee the smooth delivery of services and accomplishment of set goals. Produce high-quality business data and operational analysis reports, in-charge of ad hoc projects and lead to solve business issues.

Requirements:

? Bachelor’s degree or above from renowned universities in Finance, Business Administration or related areas
? Minimum of 6 years’ experience ideally supporting operations or clients services, preferably in PB/PWM department
? Customer-oriented mentality with strong organizational skills.
? Ability to understand impacts beyond Operations scope.
? Fluent speaking of English and Mandarin.
? To facilitate the smooth and legitimate functioning of the department, familiarity with related local rules and regulations or similar experience of new branch establishment are preferred.
