工作职责:
1.Independently developed and built connection with clients including bank, insurance, enterprise and other institutional customers, and fully utilized existing resources of own department and collaborated with other departments of the company.
2.Initiated in-depth analysis and examination of institutional customers’ needs, and provided comprehensive and tailored solutions which combined with the company's product lines and service capabilities.
3.Regularly communicated and reported to customers with updated perspectives associated with market situations, investment strategies and account performances, to provide guidance for different clients to make favorable investment decisions.
4.Staying attentive and alert to changes in business needs, including but not limited to changes in regulatory supervision and clients’ performances assessment, changes in customer organizational structure, changes in new and traditional product models, changes in capital risk and return preference, and clients’ competitive framework and products.
5.Built and maintained long-term relationships with institutional clients, revisited and kept track of all available services.
6.Led and followed up the whole process of businesses, including target segmentation and pre-services, providing investment solutions, signing contract and opening accounts, reporting on account performances, etc. Responded in a timely manner for clients’ requirement, and provide feedbacks and solve problems for them.
任职资格:
Knowledge
1.Thorough understanding of Asset Management business.
2.Profound knowledge of the domestic and international capital markets and the CICC’s products and services, especially those offered by Asset Management Department.
3.Understanding the client’s investment behavior and orientation

Qualifications
1.3+ years of solid sales related experience in institutional sales for securities firm’s asset management business or for fund companies.
