工作职责：

Job Description:

Reporting to the Head of Legal, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

? Providing all kinds of legal advice and support to investment banking department，primarily supporting ECM and M&A business;
? Monitoring and advising business and management on the related legal and regulatory issues involved;
? Supervising external counsels’ works as well as developing/ maintaining relationship with them;
? Assisting with trainings and preparation of templates/ policies/ procedures/ memo;
? Assisting the Head of Legal on any other legal matters.

Skills and Abilities
? Approximately 4-7 years’ PQE gained from leading US law firms or international banks;
? Exposure to US capital markets, IPO and other investment banking transactions is required;
? Excellent legal drafting and communication skills;
? High integrity and professional ethics;
? Ability to identify issues;
? Highly self-motivated and proactive;
? Multi-tasking skill is essential;
? Mandarin & English (written and spoken) skills are required; and
? Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with senior personnel of all relevant functions.

Qualifications
? A law degree from a reputable law school with common law
? Professional qualification from US jurisdiction is a must.
