工作职责：

Job Description
Looking for a trading professional with experience covering low touch equity trading. The duties and responsibilities he/she will undertake in this job include, but are not limited to:

? Monitoring direct market access (DMA) and direct strategy access (DSA) flow on a daily basis, whilst communicating with clients for issues arising from such orders
? Work on the client on-boarding process with internal account management, technology and legal teams
? Work with other teams both locally and globally to scale the business
? Oversee and supervise technology projects related to the electronic trading platform
? Liaise with system vendors on connectivity and system enhancements and upgrades
? Work with compliance and legal teams on maintaining regulatory requirements
? Provide customized trading solutions based on trading behaviors and preferences
? Pre-trade and post-trade analysis to optimize execution performances

任职资格：

Knowledge
? Extensive knowledge of trade execution, trading systems, and algorithmic strategies
? Good market sense and in-depth knowledge of capital markets
? Strong understanding of FIX protocols and electronic trading
? Knowledgeable in securities settlement & clearing
? Understand institutional clients’ investment behavior and orientation
? Modeling and Algo coding related experience

? Customer-oriented mentality
? Relevant background in trading technology and trading algorithms
? Ability to build and scale the business
? Strong language skills in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is a plus
? Detail-oriented
? Good team player

Qualifications
? At least 3-5 years relevant experience in electronic trading or sales trading, covering Mainland accounts
? Bachelor degree or above; preference for financial engineering related major
? Required securities trading licenses
