工作职责：

Job Description

· Provide general support to the Investment Banking Department to comply with the documentation requirements in accordance with our internal policies and procedures and the statutory requirements;
· Conduct research on regulatory environment in connection with domestic and international capital markets, including rules and regulations, regulatory guidance and direction etc.;
· Be assigned to a specific function or operate as part of an analyst pool supporting other Investment Banking functions.

任职资格：

Requirements

· Good understanding of Investment Banking business and documentation requirements under statutory regulations;
· Two years and above investment banking experience; Over two years IPO related execution experience gained from law firms (corporate law practices) or the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will also be considered;
· Passionate, hard-working, ability to handle pressure, strong drive for long-term career development;
· Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant discipline from major universities;
· Extensive knowledge of the domestic and international capital markets, products and services.

· Excellent interpersonal skills, integrating tact and diplomacy;
· Strong self-starter, self-confident & energetic, willing to learn;
· Multi-tasking;
· Good command in English and Mandarin.
