? Generate flows of bond markets;
? Keep communication with clients, other major trading institutions and the dealer community.

Knowledge:
- Solid technical background; good understanding of economics and trading principles;
- Profound understanding of the bond business: products and services;
- Knowledgeable of fixed income trading and risk management;
- Understanding of institutional investment behavior and orientation.

? Active and effective risk-taker;
? Good learning ability.

Qualifications:
? 2 years or above trading experience;
? Experienced in fixed income investment advisory or mutual fund is preferred;
? Experienced in China bond market.
