工作职责：

This position is responsible, under direction, for development of the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts with developing knowledge of client needs and requirements and coordinating the firm’s effort to serve client organizations. The job duties associated with this role may be expected to include:

1. Maintaining and building the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts;
2. Working closely with client’s investment and research personnel;
3. Presenting research services and advising clients on investment opportunities;
4. Providing full account coverage services for small accounts, including trading and execution services, e.g. obtain orders for the purchase and sales of securities.

任职资格：

1. Entry level position for 2020 undergraduates or postgraduates;
2. Economics or Finance majors preferred;
3. Expertise in statistics, financial engineering, computer science, physics, or other quantitative knowledge is a plus;
4. Understanding of sales and trading business;
5. Understanding the client’s investment behavior and orientation;
6. Knowledge of China capital markets and the firm’s products and services;
7. Knowledge of broad financial products and analytics experience;
8. Excellent academic credentials and achievement;
9. Strong drive to succeed in a team-oriented environment and good communication.
