工作职责：

Equities Sales, Equities Dealing, Derivatives Quant/Structuring/Trading, Delta One Product Service, Securities Lending Service, Capital Introduction (FOF Research), Operations, etc.
股票机构销售，股票交易执行，衍生品量化/产品设计和定价/交易，Delta One产品及券池管理产品一体化服务，资本引引荐（FOF产品研究），业务运营支持等。

任职资格：

1. 2020 Bachelor, Master and PhD graduates from reputable domestic and overseas universities;
来自国内外知名高校的2020应届毕业生，具有本科及以上学历；
2. Economics or Finance majors preferred;
金融、经济相关专业优先考虑；
3. Expertise in statistics, financial engineering, computer science, physics, or other quantitative knowledge is a plus;
具有统计学、金融工程、计算机科学、物理或其他量化背景优先考虑；
4. Sound knowledge of the domestic and international capital markets;
对于国内外资本市场有扎实的理解；
5. Understanding the client’s investment behavior and orientation;
理解客户投资行为和方向；
6. Knowledge of China capital markets and the firm’s products and services;
理解中国资本市场，掌握公司可提供的产品和服务；
7. Knowledge of broad financial products and analytics experience;
广泛掌握金融产品知识，具有市场分析经验；
8. Excellent academic credentials and achievement;
学术成果优异；
9. Strong drive to succeed in a team-oriented environment and good communication;
具有强烈的团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力；
10. Strong passion for Equities Brokerage and Product business in secondary market.
