工作职责：

This position requires solid knowledge of financial markets, especially derivatives. Be able to maintain customer relations and coordinate the progress of various processes, including but not limited to the following responsibilities:
该岗位要求候选人具备扎实的金融市场知识，特别是金融衍生品相关的知识。较好维护客户关系，协调各项流程的推进，具体包括但不限于如下职责：
1. Maintaining customer relationship and following up the progress of client derivatives related projects;
维护客户关系，跟踪推进衍生品相关项目的进展；
2. Coordinating the cooperation of various departments within the company on derivatives projects;
协调公司内部各部门在衍生品项目上的合作；
3. Drafting and modifying the data related to derivatives business.
起草，修改衍生品业务相关的资料。

任职资格：

1. 2021 Bachelor, Master and PhD graduates from reputable domestic and overseas universities;
来自国内外知名高校的2021年应届毕业生，具有本科及以上学历；
2. Economics or Finance majors preferred;
金融、经济相关专业优先考虑；
3. Knowledge of financial products, especially derivatives related or options;
掌握金融产品知识，特别是衍生品相关或者期权等知识；
4. Good understanding of sales and trading business;
熟悉销售交易业务；
5. Sound knowledge of domestic or international capital markets and the firm's products and services;
对于国内外资本市场有扎实的理解，掌握公司可提供的产品和服务；
6. Excellent academic credentials and achievement;
学术成果优异；
7. Strong drive to succeed in a team-oriented environment and good communication;
具有强烈的团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力；
8. Strong passion for financial market and sales job.
