工作职责：

1. Assist product advisors in product development and product solutions for high-net-worth individual and institutional clients.
针对高净值个人和机构客户需求，协助产品经理完成产品开发工作，提供产品解决方案。
2. Cooperate with leading financial institutions to issue financial products, coordinate and communicate with internal departments to complete product sales organization.
与市场领先的金融机构合作发行金融产品；与公司内部有关部门协调沟通，完成产品销售组织工作。
3. Organize and analyze sales data and maintain daily operation of products.
整理和分析销售数据，维护产品日常运营工作。
4. Assist product specialist in collecting sales needs and feedback, formulating sales strategies, and writing sales case analysis and other materials.
协助销售督导收集销售需求及反馈，整理制定销售策略，撰写销售案例分析等材料。
5. Prompt product sales opportunities in conjunction with market conditions, and assist sales promotion after the product launch.
结合市场情况提示产品销售机会，协助产品上架后的各地销售推进。

任职资格：

1. Entry level position for 2021 postgraduates, finance/economics majors preferred.
硕士研究生学历，国内外著名大学金融或其他经济类专业毕业。
2. Certain financial foundation and basic understanding of the macroeconomic and financial industries.
具备一定的金融学基础，涵盖股票、债券、衍生工具、另类投资、投资组合管理等领域；对宏观经济和金融行业有基本的了解。
3. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
具备优秀的中英双语能力。
4. Good communication and coordination skills, strong learning ability.
具备良好的沟通协调能力、较强的学习能力。
5. Strong interest in Wealth Management field.
对财富管理领域有浓厚兴趣。
