工作职责：

1. Executing clients’ orders with a professional attitude and manner.
专业地处理客户交易指令。
2. Partnering with various teams including Sales, Legal and IT to construct and deliver bespoke trading service offering.
协调前台销售、法务部门和IT部门，为客户提供定制化的交易服务。
3. Producing weekly, monthly and one off reporting for the trading desk and department head.
为交易台和部门管理层提供周度、月度和不定期报告。
4. Working closely with Research team and deliver market commentaries to internal and external customers in time.
与研究部紧密协助，及时向内外部客户传达我们的市场观点。
5. Liaising with technology to drive enhancements for the trading desk.
密切关注可以为交易台赋能的科技技术，时刻保持学习的心态。

任职资格：

1. BA degree or above and academic background in a quantitative subject strongly preferred.
本科以上学历，具备量化学术背景者优先。
2. Abundant financial knowledge and basic understanding of the macroeconomics, equity market and bond market.
具备丰富的金融学知识，对宏观经济、股票市场和债券市场有基本的认知。
3. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
具备优秀的中英双语能力。
4. A resourceful self-starter, able to work autonomously and as team player.
具备良好的自主工作能力和团队合作能力。
5. Outstanding ability in data analysis, especially strong excel skills along with Microsoft Office proficiency.
出色的数据处理分析能力，尤其是较强的Excel技能。
