工作职责：

1. 了解中金公司私募股权业务的目标和策略。能够帮助寻找和筛选投资机会。对投资建议提供独立的分析与意见。
Understands the objectives and strategies of CICC Private Equity business. Be able to help source and screen investment opportunities. Provides independent analysis and views on investment proposals recommendations.
2. 信息收集与分析：收集和分析所需特定行业和企业信息，并对信息进行深入分析和总结
Information collection and analysis: Gather all necessary information in support of understanding and analyzing a particular industry and/or a specific/targeted company from public and private sources. Analyze information in depth and summarize the findings in a concise manner
3. 投资报告撰写：参与尽职调查，并根据调研结果撰写投资报告。协助团队开发财务预测和估值模型等金融分析产品
Investment project review and documentation preparation: Participate in due diligence. Prepare internal investment review documents based on summarized diligence information. Support team members to develop financial analysis including projection and valuation models
4. 投资组合分析：帮助团队定期总结和分析投资组合
Fund investment portfolio analysis: Assist team to periodically conduct reviews and analysis of investment portfolios
5. 沟通与协调：为满足内控要求，与其他部门进行高效沟通与协作。充分利用所有的资源和信息支持团队决策
Coordination with other departments of CICC: Communicate with other departments effectively for internal compliance. Make good use of all resources and information available to support team’s decision-making

任职资格：

1. 统招重点院校2022届全日制MBA或博士，理工科、生物医疗等专业优先；
2022 full-time MBA or PhD graduates from reputable universities, science and/or engineering and biomedical majors preferred;
2. 持续关注半导体/新材料/新能源/生物医疗等行业领域，并能有观点输出；
Continuously pay attention to semiconductor, new materials, new energy, biomedicine or other industries, and be able to output opinions;
3. 具备行业研究、数据分析能力，有产业工作经验优先；
Industry research and data analysis abilities, industry working experience is preferred;
4. 具有良好的独立思考能力、自我驱动力和抗压能力，能够适应灵活高效的工作节奏；
Excellent independent thinking ability, self-driving force and pressure resistance, and be able to adapt to flexible and efficient work rhythm;
5. 具有基金从业资格，持有CPA、CFA等职业资格者优先；
Fund qualification, CPA and CFA preferred;
6. 精通英语与普通话
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
7. 对从事私募股权投资有强烈的意愿
Strong passion for private equity industry
