工作职责：

1. Develop equity/debt financing proposals working along with industry groups for clients and prospects
2. Provide clients with equity/debt financing solutions (including bonds, hybrid capital, structured products, derivatives, and liability management, etc.), in close collaboration with Investment Banking Department in pitching for financing transactions and developing businesses
3. Evaluate market conditions in combination with client specifics to determine financing terms and structure
4. Execute transactions including managing underwriting risk, coordinating the marketing, bookbuilding, pricing, and allocation process across departments
5. Initiate dialogues with investors about deal structures, valuation methodologies, and new issue environment when needed
6. Innovate and develop new products
7. Follow financial markets closely and produce market analysis

任职资格：

1. Entry level position for 2022 undergraduates and above
2. Finance, Economics, Accounting or Technical majors preferred
3. Strong communications and interpersonal skills
4. Solid skills of economic, quantitative analysis and financial modeling skills
5. Integrity, diligence and ability to work well within team
6. Excellent academic achievement
7. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
8. Strong passion for financial service industry and with good sense of the market
