工作职责：

This position is responsible, under direction, for development of the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts. Develops knowledge of client needs and requirements and coordinates the firm’s effort to serve client organizations, including but not limited to the following responsibilities:
该岗位主要工作为在指导下发展与指定机构客户的业务关系。了解客户需求，协调公司资源为客户服务, 具体包括但不限于如下职责:
1. Maintaining and building the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts;
维护和建立与指定机构客户的业务关系；
2. Providing market perspectives to clients by keeping abreast of market climate and events;
为客户提供市场观点及交易建议；
3. Providing securities execution services by implementing multiple trading strategies;
提供多样化的交易策略，全面的交易执行服务；
4. Conducting quantitative analysis to design trading algorithms and enhance trading performance of algorithmic trading strategies.
运用量化分析方法，设计、优化交易算法。

任职资格：

1. 2022 Bachelor, Master and PhD graduates from reputable domestic and overseas universities;
来自国内外知名高校的2022年应届毕业生，具有本科及以上学历；
2. Economics 、Finance、Computer Science、Mathematics majors preferred;
金融、经济、 计算机、数学相关专业优先考虑；
3. Good understanding of sales and trading business，ideally with background of algorithmic trading models;
熟悉销售交易业务，有算法交易相关理解为佳；
4. Sound knowledge of domestic or international capital markets and the firm's products and services;
对于国内外资本市场有扎实的理解，掌握公司可提供的产品和服务；
5. Excellent academic credentials and achievement;
学术成果优异；
6. Strong drive to succeed in a team-oriented environment and good communication;
具有强烈的团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力；
7. Strong passion for financial market and trading job
对资本市场及交易工作有强烈的意愿；
