工作职责：

1. 独立执行直投项目的财务风险评估，包括：
a) 审阅由第三方执行的财务尽调报告，评估主要风险，分析其影响和缓解方案；
b) 审阅财务模型，评估核心假设和敏感性分析的合理性；
c) 独立执行部分VC直投项目的财务尽调，完成尽调报告和主要风险提示,
d) 完成质量控制审核报告。
Perform an independent analysis, review and assessment of project deal financial risks, including,
a) Review key findings of financial due diligence (“DD”) reports performed by
independent 3rd parties, evaluating risks’ influence and remedy solutions,
b) Review financial models, key assumptions and sensitive analysis,
c) Perform financial DD for VC deals, prepare DD reports and key findings，
d) Finish quality control reports.
2. 审核基金投资的主要风险，包括：
a) 审阅核心商业条款和法律条款；
b) 执行独立的基金财务估值复核，中后台访谈和评价等；
c) 协助内控委员会出具内控审核报告；
Perform an independent analysis, review and assessment of Fund of Fund (FoF) key risks, including,
a) Review key commercial and legal terms,
b) Independently perform financial evaluation, middle and back office interview and evaluation, etc.,
c) Support the Internal Control Committee to finish the internal control repots;
3. 支持内控委员会完成基金投资和直投项目的投后事项审批，执行第一层复核;
Facilitate in supporting the Internal Control Committee with the approval of the post-investment items of funds and investment projects, and conducting the preliminary reviews;
4. 负责内控会的召集、安排，内控委员意见收集、会后事项跟进等;
In charge of arranging and holding the Internal Control meetings, collecting the opinions from Committee members, and following up any items come up after the meeting, etc.,
5. 负责财务/税务相关中介机构的聘请审批，负责中介尽调合同内容和范围完整性审核；
In charge of the approval of financial/tax DD, and checking whether the content and scope of DD are complete and sufficient;
6. 与投资团队/财务团队等的沟通协调和其他支持性工作。
Be able to communicate and coordinate with the investment/finance teams and facilitate other supporting work.

任职资格：

1. 2022届国内外知名院校本科、硕士研究生和MBA研究生
2022 undergraduates, postgraduates and MBA graduates from reputable domestic and overseas universities
2. 金融、经济、管理、法律专业优先，通过或部分通过CICPA/ACCA/AICPA考试科目优先。
Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, and Law majors preferred, CICPA, ACCA, AICPA is a plus.
3. 在一线PE/VC有实习经验优先。
Internship in tie 1 PE/VC is a plus.

6. 精通英语与普通话
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
