工作职责：

1. 负责区域内销售渠道、机构客户及第三方客户的开发与维护
Develop and maintain the business relationship with local sales channels, as well as local institutional clients and third-party clients;

2. 达成区域销售目标，提高市场占有率
Accomplish the assigned sales target, and achieve a competitive market share;

3. 对区域内的各类营销推广活动进行支持
Support different marketing activities in the region.

任职资格：

1. 2022年国内外知名院校本科及以上学历应届毕业生
2022 undergraduates or above from reputable domestic and overseas universities;

2. 金融经济类专业优先
Finance and economics majors preferred;

3. 了解基金市场各代销和直销客户和产品的特点，有能力针对产品特点选择渠道和客户并开展营销
Familiar with different clients and products in fund market, good at marketing;

4. 有公募基金或其他金融机构实习经历者优先
Experience in mutual fund or other financial institution is a plus;

5. 良好的沟通能力及流利的中英文表达
Good communication capability and bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin;

6. 能适应高强度工作压力及经常出差
Able to work under high pressure and travel frequently;

7. 对从事公募基金相关工作有强烈的意愿
Strong passion for mutual fund field.
