工作职责：

1.To be familiar with the construction of data governance structure and to be responsible for the execution of metadata, master data, data quality analysis processing, etc.
熟悉数据治理体系建设，负责元数据、主数据、数据质量流程处理等工作的开展落地；
2.To establish substantial data standards for supervision, customers and business according to the actual situation of the company, to promote the fulfillment of the company's data standard framework and unified data dictionary.
根据公司实际情况，建立健全监管、客户、业务等数据标准，推动公司数据标准体系和统一数据字典的建设与落地；
3.To establish the entire structure from the aspects of data model, data standard, data security, authority management and index management and to realize the construction and landing of data platform and data mart.
从数据模型、数据标准、数据安全、权限控制、指标管理等方面建立体系，实现数据中台、数据集市的建设与落地工作。

任职资格：

1. Entry level position for 2022postgraduates or undergraduates
2022年本科或硕士应届毕业生；
2. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Financial Engineering and other relevant majors preferred
计算机科学与技术，电子工程，金融工程等专业优先；
3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
具备较强的问题分析和解决能力；
4. Excellent academic achievement
具备良好的专业知识；
5. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
具备优秀的英语和中文沟通能力；
6. Strong passion for financial service industry
对金融行业有强烈的兴趣。
