【职位描述】

1、协助投资经理开展投资研究工作，按投资标的分为三个方向： Assisting portfolio manager to research in three directions according to the investment objects: （1）境外投资：覆盖消费/医药/科技行业，分析市场空间、发展趋势及竞争格局，覆盖行业内的重点公司，搭建财务预测模型、撰写研究报告并出具投资建议； Cross-border Investment:Assisting portfolio manager to cover cosumer/healthcare/technology sectors, conduct addressable market, sector trend and competition landscape analysis; （2）另类债权：开展对高收益债券、ABS产品、信托计划等另类资产标的项目的投资研究； Alternative Fixed-Income Investment and Research:Assisting in research and investment of high-yield bonds, ABS and collective pecuniary trusts etc.; （3）另类股权：股票质押式回购洽谈、研究、签约投资、投后管理等，定向增发、大宗交易标的项目的投资研究； Alternative Equity Investment and Research:Equity research, Trade initiate, bargain and execution; 2、协助团队维护投资策略，设计产品方案； Assisting the team to maintain internal investment strategies, and design alternative asset management products; 3、协助与公司相关部门、投资人以及合作机构的沟通。 Assisting the coordination and communication between CITICS, clients, and other intermediaries。

【入职要求】

1. 2021年应届毕业生，全日制硕士或博士学历，金融、经济、管理相关专业，具有理工、生物、医药等复合背景优先； 2021 Master and PhD graduates from domestic universities，and 2020/2021 Master and PhD graduates from overseas universities, mixed background of Finance/Economics/Management and Engineering/Biology/Medical are preferred; 2. 思路开阔，自我驱动，抗压工作； Open-minded, self-motivated and able to work under pressure; 3. 快速学习能力，优秀的分析能力，较强的书写、沟通与表达能力； Fast learning ability, excellent analytical skills, strong written, communication and presentation skills; 4. 良好的组织协调能力以及注重细节； Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail; 5. 具备优秀的英语听说读写能力； Excellent English reading and writing skills; 6. 熟练使用MS办公软件及万得、彭博等金融资讯终端； Proficient in Microsoft Office Pack, Wind and Bloomberg; 7. 具有知名PE/VC、卖方研究或基金资管公司相关实习经验者优先。 Relevant internship experience in top PE/VC, sell-side research or mutual fund is preferred.
