【职位描述】
1. 基于客户经营数据、用户行为数据,深入挖掘业务价值点,为线上经营提供决策依据; Tapping business value points based on customer business data and user behavior data, and providing a decision basis for online operations; 2. 结合内外部数据,分析客户标签特征,为精准营销提供数据模型支撑; Analyzing client label features based on internal and external data and providing data model support for precision marketing; 3. 支撑线上运营,拓展用户信息数据收集渠道,完善用户标签体系; Supporting online operations, expanding channels of user information data collection, and improving the user label system; 4. 配合公司财富管理转型,围绕财富客户开发、服务,提供面向客户的大数据产品; Providing customer-oriented big data products in relation to the Company's wealth management transformation and centering around wealth client development and service; 5. 开展组织绩效和人员绩效考核的数据分析工作。 Conducting data analysis for organizational and personnel performance appraisal.
【入职要求】
1. 国内2021年应届生及海外2020/2021年毕业生,全日制硕士及以上学历的在校生; 2021 Master and PhD graduates from domestic universities,and 2020/2021 Master and PhD graduates from overseas universities; 2. 在校期间学习成绩优秀,具有数据、量化专业资格者优先考虑; Excellent academic performance, preferably with data-oriented and quantitative professional qualifications; 3. 具备良好的沟通表达能力、快速学习能力、逻辑分析能力; Outstanding skills in communication, quick learning, and logical analysis abilities; 4. 良好的英语听说读写能力,优先考虑可将英语作为工作语言者; Good command of spoken and written English, ability to use English as working language preferred; 5. 做事认真细致,有耐心,责任心较强,正直诚信。 Detail-oriented, patient, responsible, and honest.
