【职位描述】

该岗位隶属于中信证券全资子公司——中信中证投资服务有限责任公司（简称“中信中证”）。中信中证是一家为各类资产管理机构提供基金服务的公司，业务范围包括登记业务、估值核算业务、信息披露等外包服务，由中信证券托管部负责管理。 The position is from CITICS Investment Services Company Ltd.（CITICS ISC）, wholly-owned subsidiary of CITIC Securities(CITICS)。CITCS ISC provides fund administration services to various asset management institutions under the management of CITICS Custody Department. 1.负责基金产品库参数标准的建立、更新和维护，负责交易费率，交易参数、交易账户信息维护和管理； Responsible for the establishment, update and maintenance of the parameter standards of the fund warehouse; responsible for the information maintenance and management the of transaction fee rates, transaction parameters and trading account etc; 2.协助私募基金资产的会计核算及净值计算管理，估值核算业务交易数据检查和后续处理工作； Assist in the accounting and NAV calculation of private funds, transaction data checking and processing for valuation purpose; 3.自建电子合同平台服务支持，各类资管产品相关的经纪协议，外包监督协议等协议的审核，合同打印，加印，补充协议回收核对等工作。 Provide support for the in-house electronic contract platform, review the brokerage agreements, FA supervision agreements and other agreements of various asset management products, responsible for contracts printing and overprint, and recovery of supplementary agreements, etc. 4.协助收集从市场渠道前台反馈的客户运营需求和问题，跟踪协调解决，定期提供运营统计报告。 Assist in collecting customer operational requirements and problems raised by sales team, follow up and coordinate for solutions, and provided regular operational reports.

【入职要求】

1.国内2021年应届生及海外2020/2021年毕业生，全日制本科及以上学历校生，金融、财会、经济、统计、数理、法律等相关专业，通过证券、基金从业资格考试及注册会计师资格考试的优先； 2021 Bachelor&Master graduates from domestic universities，and 2020/2021 graduates from overseas universitie, majoring in finance, accounting, economics, statistics, mathematics, law and other related fields, candidates having passed the Licensing Examination for Fund and Securities Practitioners and CPA qualification examination is preferred; 2.良好的英语听说读写能力； Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; 3.具备良好的沟通表达能力、快速学习能力、逻辑分析能力。 Good communication skills, quick learning ability and logical analysis ability. 4.做事认真细致、有耐心，具备较强的责任心和团队精神。 Careful, patient, with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
