【职位描述】

Huatai Securities (USA) is seeking an Associate to join Investment Banking team. This person will be based in New York, and will work within investment banking deal team.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:
? Support the execution of client/internal engagements including driving work streams to agreed timelines, preparing deliverables and supporting the presentation of deliverables
? Prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations, including marketing materials, information memoranda, management presentation, investor and/or Board reporting packages, and other presentations as required
? Construct financial model and perform valuation analysis, with guidance from senior members of the team
? Conduct financial and business research on target industries and individual companies, utilizing Capital IQ, company websites, industry publications, and other general public information
? Perform various financial analyses and synthesize insights from data sets and unstructured information sources
? Assist in the translation of certain documents

【入职要求】

? Master’s degree, preferably in business, finance, or economics
? 0 - 2 years of relevant work/internship experience in financial services
? Strong quantitative and organizational skills
? Outstanding oral and written communication skills
? Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
? Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in the completion of projects
? Extreme attention to detail
? Advanced Excel skills and very strong financial modeling skills
? Strong PowerPoint and presentation building skills
? High integrity, independent and individually motivated
? Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
