工作职责：This job is to be performed by a HR analyst, who will assist on HR area under the supervision of HR senior professional and be exposed to the various HR functions and processes that exist in a leading global Investment Bank.
Responsibilities vary by role and rotation, but may include:
1.Responsible for staffing tasks for the internal departments, including HR planning, recruitment and selection, staff development and etc.
负责公司内部各部门人员编制工作，包括人力资源规划、招聘选拔、员工发展等。
2.Completing various coordination projects in the areas relating to HR compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, policy and procedures, training and other HR operational tasks.
完成与人力资源薪酬福利、绩效考核、规制、培训等项目性工作及运营任务相关工作。
3.Providing innovative HR solutions.
提供创新的人力资源解决方案。

任职资格：

1.Entry level position for 2021 undergraduates and above.
2021年本科及以上学历。
2.Human resources management, law, psychology, finance majors preferred.
人力资源管理、法律、心理学、金融专业优先
3.Good interpersonal skills, integrating tact and diplomacy.
良好的人际交往能力，综合运用机智和外交技巧。
4.A team player and quick learner.
具备良好的团队合作精神及快速学习能力。
5.Great attention to details.
注重细节
6.Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
