【职位描述】

1. 协助项目管理任务以完成与系统和数据相关的项目；与业务协同，定制开发业务报表，并监控、维护、优化数据模型,协调上下游系统，调优管理数据质量； Assist in project management tasks to complete system and data related projects;Cooperate with business, customize and develop business reports, monitor, maintain and optimize data models, coordinate upstream and downstream systems, and optimize management data quality; 2. 研究数据可视化、智能语义识别技术，并应用于业务； Research data visualization, intelligent semantic recognition technology, and applied to business.

【入职要求】

1. 国内2021年应届生及海外2020/2021年毕业生，全日制硕士或博士在校生，拥有金融工程或计算机科学等学科领域的硕士/博士学位 2021 Master and PhD graduates from domestic universities，and 2020/2021 Master and PhD graduates from overseas universities in the following preferred fields: finacial engineering, eomputer Science, information technology; 2. 优秀的学习能力，强烈的成就动机，较强的抗压能力； Outstanding learning ability, highly motivated and able to work under stress; 3. 较强的逻辑分析能力，良好的沟通、表达能力； Strong logical, analytical, communication, and presentation skills; 4. 良好的开拓创新、组织协调能力以及团队合作、敬业精神； Excellent innovative mindset, leadership qualities, strong team work consciousness and high enterprising spirit; 5. 具备较好的信息技术和财务专业基础；可使用Pathon、SQL、JAVA等语言，了解ORALCE数据库，具备一定的SQL调优能力。 Strong understanding of IT and Financial markets;Can use Pathon, SQL, JAVA and other languages, understand ORALCE database, have a certain SQL tuning ability. 6. 具备优秀的普通话及英语听说读写能力； Excellent English reading and writing skills and Mandarin; 7. 学习成绩优异，正在学习或持有CFA、FRM等相关证书的优先。 Excellent academic performance & candidate or certification in CFA, FRM or other further related study is preferred.
